Users are how you provide access to the Vinelytics software. Users are also used to track labor costs on your Work Orders in the Crew section of Work Orders. You can set up different Users for your vineyard staff, contract labor, foreman, accountants and other staff using Roles.

Roles allow you to control what Users can do in Vinelytics. Roles are also useful to easily identify what group each User belongs to when adding Users as crews to Work Orders. For example, you can have a Role for your vineyard staff, contract labor, foreman, accountant and other staff.

Crews allow you to create sets of Users that you can then add to Work Orders. This saves time when you want to add the same people or a team of people quickly to then record your labor on a Work Order. You can add Crews when creating a Work Order or after the Work Order has been created.
